Our changeover days are on Fridays throughout the year. We accept full week bookings only.
Up to 2 well behaved dogs are welcome. We will consider accepting more dogs, depending upon breed and size. We have taken bookings from several parties of three small dogs who bring their well behaved humans - so if in doubt, please ask us!
Dates are booking up fast, as is frequently the case for our cottage, given the convenience of location and additional bonus of off-road parking at the property in a town like Dartmouth! As of end December 2025, there is still good availability in the spring of 2026, which is a lovely season to experience South Devon.
May is almost sold out, and September 2026 is already fully booked.
